Meeting of the November 13th ASHC

Minutes Stand Approved

 

President's Report:  we lost $169.77 on the Chattabooga Weekend.  However, it was still a success, considering the PR it created for us.

 

VP Report:  No new members to add to the roster but names have been cleaned off the distribution list.  There has not been a change in the number of active members.

 

Secretary's Report:  I apologize for these minutes being late.  I have had another family emergency. :(

 

Treasurer's Report:  Pay Your Dues!!  We have $2447.86 in the bank.

 

Membership Report:  No one new for Membership this month.  We had good food and company at the Chili Cookoff.  Lori made the cutest awards for the contest!  Mimi won first place and Mary Ann came in second.  Connie came in third using a magazine recipe.

 

Social Report:  The Christmas Party will be December 7.  An email awaits you asking you what you want for dinner.  Please reply ASAP.  The party will be held at the American Legion in Smyrna.  Directions will follow.

 

Sergeant-at-Arms Report:  Absent/No Report

 

Publicity:   Absent/No Report

 

Old Business:  The Christmas Party at the American Legion will cost you $5/person if you are not eating.  Otherwise, it will cost $12/person for Steak and $8/person for Chicken.

 

New Business:  Member of the Year Nominations:  Mimi McDonald and Connie Judge.  The winners will be announced at the Christmas Party.

 

Misc. Business:  Chris and Ted will be celebrating their first anniversary this Sunday.  Come celebrate at the 57th!
